Another awesome week in Draper!









 There is a lost cat sign on a lightpost in our church parking lot that has a reward of $1000. Ladies and gentlemen, Draper UT🐈


One of the real house wives of Salt Lake lives in my stake. We went to her house, but only her "real house husband" and kids were there 💅🏻🤳🏼

We had zone conference which is great because 1) free lunch and 2) great counsel on hoe we can be better missionaries and disciples of Christ! What a win?! 

I love serving in Utah with all my heart🚵‍♀️❄🗻🌻☀️⛪❤ I am so blessed and so grateful to be here! I have a great view of the valley and I am serving with my wonderdul companion over an awesome stake. I see the work being done efficiently and effectively. I see people magnify their callings. I see genuine friendships bring people into the gospel. I love my mission!!

  It was a great week! Here are the notable things 1. General Conference. Eight hours of tv?! Yes please. I loved so many of the talks and just having time to remember what is truly important: Jesus Christ 2. A member gave us an Easter dinner and for dessert she gave us each one pound chocolate bunnies . We left them on a random doorstep down the street and ran .  3. We were watching general conference as a district, all happy and in la-la land, AND THEN suddenly they call Alvin F Meredith "Tripp" to be a general authority??? That is my mission president. Ah no! So we had a mission wide zoon call and we all cried and went through the 7 stages of grief. He is leaving in June. Never forget Tripp . He is an amazing person. I have never met someone who cares so much about my true conversion to Christ. 4. We saw a dog with its brains coming out of its skull. We saw the literal brain and blood. Happy

Ah I am just happy. I am so blessed because I was transfered to a Spanish area and I am in good company! My new companion's name is Hermana Hopkins. She is from Texas and she has a choir personality! She is really into theater and singing and being dramatic which can be interesting. Every night, she lays down on the bed and plays music from her phone and sings unapollogetically! Awe man she has a beautiful voice!! It is insane. But you know what is also besutiful? Silence. So I take long showers now. "Adapt. React. Readapt. Apt." -Micheal Scott Comp life is difficult. No matter how much I love and like Herm Hopkins, I have to meditate twice daily and pray for patience even though I LOVE being her comp. It is just a change. I really am grateful to work along side her. She calls people every day to freak out to them. We balance each other out. I have not felt stressed for the whole week I have been here. Mother's Lounge and Fun lessons

  We leave our appartment every day by 9am. We return at noon for lunch and then stay out till 9pm. This means that we spend a lot of time in church buildings. It so happens that the mother's room has the most comfy chairs. We thought this was a fun little secret until some elders told us that they ALSO spend all their time in the mother's room. Man! Nothing is sacred anymore When you need to convince a 10 year old boy to go to a lesson, you have to use a trebuchet as bribery. And it worked! The family was explaining to us that they once launched a baseball and it disappeared into the horizon. Hopefully no one was injured  ️ We taught a little girl about the Plan of Salvation by decorating cupcakes to represent the different phases we go through. She told us it was the best lesson ever and that she was going to eat all 18 cupcakes right then and there. Not little for long Sending my love to all of you Sister Hall
