Flat tire and pirates

Flat Tire Friday was fun because we got a flat tire! So we spent four hours total--changing the tire + getting a new one. I lowkey enjoyed it because it changed up our routine. Pirate vid When you find new people to teach, you make a "miracle" video to announce it to your zone that you got a new. So, my comp was having a bad day, so we dressed up like pirates and made a miracle vid. My bottle of "beer" is actually worstichire sauce #WordofWisdom #Sodium No más Two people that we have been teaching for a while said that they are good with their own beliefs and to stop contacting them. That is kind of how missionary work goes. You find new people to teach and lose the other people you teach, but our efforts are not in vain. My job isn't to force people to be baptized; my job is to invite others to Christ so they can choose to be baptized. At the end of the day, if I have worked hard, then I have done my job.  Here is a little informational email about what missionary work looks like in the Salt Lake City South Mission. We had a free car wash for the people we are teaching. Out of fifteen people we invited, only one couple showed up. But that's okay because the ward leaders got to know them while us missioneries cleaned the cars. And we basically washed the cars with dirty water and a hose because the we held it at a high councellors house and he didn't have soap. You get what you pay for! One elder was like, "He has a porche but no soap ." Then the elders took pictures in front of the porche and got inside so they could rev the engine. I don't understand elders.  It all happened so fast. The guy at our free car wash started backing up and I saw it and said "bye, bowl" and ever
